Walked past a large red bank which is undergoing renovation. The hoarding has a sign saying that it is closed (which is fairly obvious) and it lists the address of the nearest branch.
Helpfully it includes the name of the shopping mall and the full street address.
- Is it a couple of streets away?
- Is it is a nearby shopping mall?
Well, no, it is literally on the floor above in the same shopping mall.
What would be actually helpful would be a large arrow pointing to the escalator that is right next to the hoarding. Because if you take that escalator up to the next floor it will be impossible to miss the facilities they have up there, which include counters, ATMs and yes one of those machines to update your passbook
