I love his comment about Hemlock’s chop-up-the-civil-servants solution to overcrowding in Hong Kong – “I get the feeling that his solution to high population is tongue in cheek” – which he then proceeds to take seriously. The writing style is reminiscent of Hong Kong Phooey.

Hello! Stumbled on this blog while looking for an image of cheese (ironically enough). Since I’m a former Hong Kong ex-pat, I had to snoop around a bit. Glad to see y’all are having some good ole high school fun in the blogosphere. Tell Simon the lack of comments is going to seriously hurt his credibility. No one wants to converse with that one kid with his hands over his ears. “La la la la I can’t hear you la la la la.”
